Freedom of Speech - A threat to Corruption

There are whispers that the some in the Australian government wish to shut down Luke's Army and throw me in Jail.

This site does not pose a threat to national security, it poses a minor threat to corruption by exposing it and those who are corrupt are doing their best to have it shut down.

Part of communism is that the majority of people depend on government for their income whether it be in the form of a government job or social security payments, and we in Australia are not far off reaching the percentage of people depending on goverment payments needed to be classified as a communist

Julia Gillard or anyone who is in politics must understand that dissention is as important as support and if as they say you cant stand the heat ....get out of the kitchen. (Luke's Dad)

Late yesterday afternoon, the Gillard Government announced new legislation to create an overarching media censorship and licensing regime, and bring “government sanctioned journalism” to Australia.

We are on the verge of having the Federal Government dictating what we can and cannot read, and what we can and cannot think.

Queens Speech United Kingdom Fathers To Get Greater Rights To See Children After Break Ups

on Sun, 05/13/2012 - 03:03

Fathers look set to be given additional rights to see their children after family break-up or divorce, as long as it is in the child's best interests, under reforms set out in the Queen's Speech.

Last year's family justice review warned against introducing a legal presumption of shared parenting, warning it could create an "unacceptable risk of damage to children".

But today's speech announced a consultation on legal options to strengthen the law in England and Wales to ensure that, "where it is safe and in the child's best interests", both parents are able to have a relationship with
