Social Services Stole My Baby

on Sat, 05/07/2016 - 12:37

Why did they take my Angel?
I don’t know why, but I can make some guesses. I do know that they wanted to take her, at any cost, because they never provided or supported any alternative. The kindest reason I could give would be that that choose to take my Angel because it would cost them to support her being with me. Besides, they could make money by taking her into Care.
There are some things that you should know:
• The Local Authority should make every effort to find a solution before considering adoption because it is, in their own words, the most draconian thing to do
• Social Services Child

Legal Advice for Parents fighting Social Services in the United Kingdom

on Tue, 03/06/2012 - 07:45

Where to go for legal advice

The Community Legal Service (CLS) brings together organizations offering legal and advice services into local networks.  These networks are organized and supported by Community Legal Service partnerships, which are made up of representatives of the Legal Services Commissionlocal authorities, and other funders and providers of advice in civil matters.

The Criminal Defense Services replaces the old system of criminal legal aid and provides services to people accused of crime. Both of these schemes are under the jurisdiction of the Legal Services Commission

MOTHERS INJUSTICE - United Kingdom Social Services Help Group

on Tue, 03/06/2012 - 07:40

Mothers Injustice Support Group a group of mothers from the United Kingdom fighting the miscarrage of justice cases in the high courts by judges not letting mothers have a fair court case.

The following is a post from the group...

Hi all, just want to share something with everyone on this group. In 1998, I responsibly asked ss for help with my 3 children aged 3,2 and 1 respectively. During the time my children were in respite care, I had a fight with a senior social worker who provoked me into attacking her. My children were not present. I didn't get arrested or charged with assault.

Protecting Canadian Children The Children's Army

johnvel@telus.net August 25, 2011 An area most Politicians care not to contribute to due to depth of emotion it ensues and controversy involved is that of children who fall under the realm of service recipients from Child & Youth Services. It is a topic so taboo that even those who profess to be Advocates sometimes remain silent; out of fear that Government funding to its organizations may be compromised.

Talking to Kids about Social Services & Child Protection

Fight Child Protection Department Corruption:
Talking to Kids about Social Services & Child Protection

Note: This has to be one of the most delusional, unrealistic, deranged portrayals of the child stealing pandemic we are witnessing at this time. Please read this poppycock and then go to the site where this drivel is posted and leave a comment.

I grew up afraid of social services. Social workers were something of a bogeyman in the homeschooling community, and my parents bought into it completely. In fact, in a recent conversation on the topic with my mother, she insisted that social workers today do in fact take children away from their parents for nothing more than homeschooling.

How a devoted mother with a loving middle-class family was forcibly separated from her son - with fatal consequences

Late morning, April 2003, and for the tenth time in two hours I called my cousin Pam’s mobile.

Again there was no answer, and I was beginning to worry. Earlier, I’d driven past her house and had considered stopping for a coffee — but it was very early, so I’d gone home.

Half an hour later, I’d called her mobile. Then her landline. Then I’d tried texting her. Nothing. For someone who always loved talking on the phone, it was unprecedented.
Proud of his mum: Jack today, with his

The NSW Department of Community Services in Orange

on Wed, 05/14/2014 - 01:05
My ex wife has lost custody over 4 children, one of witch is my biological daughter, Jess witch I have 50% custody over.
The department of community services NSW child protection caseworker  from DoCS Orange failed to notify me until 3 weeks after the children were taken.
In this phone call the reason for taking so long to contact me was rather contradictory, at the start of the phone call I was told She had only just thought about it and should call me, then a little later she said they had tried to contact me with no avail,
then later in that same conversation I was told I was not
