Freedom of Speech - A threat to Corruption

There are whispers that the some in the Australian government wish to shut down Luke's Army and throw me in Jail.

This site does not pose a threat to national security, it poses a minor threat to corruption by exposing it and those who are corrupt are doing their best to have it shut down.

Part of communism is that the majority of people depend on government for their income whether it be in the form of a government job or social security payments, and we in Australia are not far off reaching the percentage of people depending on goverment payments needed to be classified as a communist

Jail inevitable for child porn WAPOL ex-detective

Lynton John Moore and his lawyer Mark Andrews leave the District Court this morning.

Another 'WAPOL Corporation trading as WA Police' detective goes down for child pornography.  How many innocent victims has this paedophile copper framed up and sent up the creek whilst himself engaging in this abhorent criminal past time?  Enough is enough they clearly cannot be trusted, it's time to close down WAPOL Corporation and bring back the Imperial police!!!  Alarmingly the judge is reported as stating in court that he must view all the evidence before deciding the sentence.

Behind a wall of secrecy, parents who lost their children are now in jail

on Mon, 03/19/2012 - 09:19
There have been more disturbing developments in our secretive family protection court system. Two cases involving parents whose children were taken from them by social workers have been so curious that I have reported on them here more than any others. Each, having previously been heard by more junior judges, has now been taken over personally by Lord Justice Wall, head of the Family Division.

In one case, involving a mother who had escaped to Ireland to avoid having her unborn child seized at birth, Wall in September delivered a public judgment, based on his reading of two hearings by earlier

Melissa Portillo, 25, said she knows the decision she made wasn't the best choice, but she asked the judge for understanding.

"I was scared to lose my daughter forever," she said.

The girl, JonTaia Warrack, has been in foster care since she was 10 months old, when she was taken out of the home on allegations her parents, Portillo and John Warrack, used drugs and had domestic violence issues.
