Schapelle Corby’s lawyer trying to bribe the judges - Now Crown Prosecutor for WA

Although this is not related to child protection, it does give an insight into how corrupt the legal profession is in Australia. This lawyer was exposed after trying to get Schapelle Corby off her charges by bribing the Indonesian govt with money supplied by the Aust govt, all alleged of course.

What this article doesn't tell you is his full name and that he is now crown prosecutor for the state of Western Australia and of course being an "alleged" corrupt lawyer, he is allegedly one of the freemasons.

His full name is Mark Trowell.

I have previously expressed my disquiet about the Western

I'll never see my grandchildren again

A GRANDMOTHER at the heart of a legal tug-of-war over the future of two young children claims she may never see them again – due to social services negligence and failures.

As reported by the Daily Echo, the two children will be separated and placed into adoptive homes after their grandmother lost a lastditch appeal to look after them.

London’s Civil Court of Appeal heard how the youngsters, aged three and five, had grown up in a volatile home with a history of domestic abuse and neglect, and have complex problems that need extra care.

But the case led one of the top judges in the country

The Parents’ Nightmare by Howard Kennedy

Two parents lie restless with sweat on their brow,
A dream had disturbed them from sleeping, somehow.
They dreamt of a faceless, relentless and shadowy form
That stole away their children that night, during a storm.

The lightning soon struck them, without an appeal.
That to their absolute horror their dream was quite real!
They had been falsely accused of a shaking, cloudy abuse.
And the realization was stark..... even dark and obtuse!

For they were quite innocent but were pressed to admit
They had caused an injury but they hadn’t done it!
Their children were taken, they were ripped from

Edmonton foster mother loses appeal of manslaughter conviction in boy's death

EDMONTON - The Alberta Court of Appeal has denied an Edmonton woman's challenge of her conviction in the death of her three-year-old foster child.

Lily Choy was sentenced in 2011 to six years in prison after she was found guilty of manslaughter for a second time.

Her first conviction was overturned by the Appeal Court because the trial judge gave the jury incorrect instructions.

In her most recent appeal, Choy's lawyer argued that the judge did not properly consider some of the testimony or findings from medical experts.

But the appeal judges concluded there was nothing wrong with the trial

How to deal with court proceedings in regards of children’s removal by the social services
My recommendations for innovative way to deal with court proceedings in regards of children’s removal by the social services been rubber stamped by judges.
If you “dare” and listen my advice which are based 100% on the British law, and if any judge” dare” to abuse his/her judicial power and ignore the law, at least you have a solid argument for an appeal.
My recommendations will be in two parts.
PART 1, about parents facing allegations currently by the social services,
And part 2, for the parents who have lost their children after a final order.

In 2009, the Australian Civil Service, comprised of hundreds of careered bureaucrats and public academics, assembled a publicly funded organization called The National Council’s Plan for Australia to Reduce Violence against Women and their Children. This organization was formed along ideological lines, as is evident in the name. The phrase “women and their children” indicating a strong suggestion of a concept of family which excludes fathers as a part.

This council included a dozen members who authored a 204 page rationale and set of recommendations for sweeping changes to Australian domestic
