I just wanted to firstly say how sorry I am about the loss of your son. I can only try to imagine what you must be going through. So sad and so wrong.

I just wanted to share a moment I had on the Tuesday just gone.
I was at the beach with my 2 and half year old son, we were playing sandcastles and still on my mind was your devastating story. I had been on your website for hours the night before.

I dedicate this to all the children who are in foster care and want to go home, and whose parents want them back. All that stands in the way is a bunch of angry women.

Hi Michel I have so far Posted my Story on The Citizens Against DoCS Forum not sure if i have siad too much etc i will copy and paste it to you and if you have time to read it , let me know what you think i guess it is kinda too late if i have said too much as it is already on the forum i am not the greatest writer so i hope it is understandable , i also did not add that my Kid's School Teachers and Principle etc are prepared to support me and they said they know i am good mum and that They know i have always done right by my kid's

on the 7th of may 2009 Our youngest Daughter A was screaming in her cot. she had been teething all week and i assumed that she was crying because of this so my husband said he would get her and while i continued to give two of our other children, j and je, a bath. i heard him calling out to me so i turned off the taps to the bath and ran into the lounge room. as i got in there he was coming through the other enterence to the loungeroom and told me that her arm was limp. i removed her jump suit on that side and saw that her arm was limp. i assumed it was dislocated.

Congratulations Rachael on the return of your children by DoCS in South Australia. Rachael contacted me in a distressed state after her children were wrongly taken by DoCS in South Australia. Thank God there was a decent judge who attacked DoCS for their treatment of this family and ordered they apologise and return the seven children to Rachael.
None the less, this surely had an effect on the children. To be separated wrongly not only from their loving mother but also their siblings, and placed with strangers undoubtedly has a negative effect on children.

The department of child safety should be a two edged sword:-

Firstly, they should be helping struggling, disadvantaged and impoverished parents and their children. Every family has problems. They offer minumum services and act out a role as the divine gurus on childrens upbringings. Their vast knowledge is gained predominantly from books used as references by universities. Many do not even have children. They come with the attitude "Their decision is always the best course of action to take." Nobody is infallable.
