I am a mother of 6 and i have been fighting the department for going on five years, the first time they were taken was for simply me not working with the department, it had nothing to do with the way i was caring for my children i only had three at the time of this taking one of the people who i thought was my friend got jealous cause i had kids, a house, and a husband so she called the department and stated that i was throwing my 1 1/2 yr old son out a 2 story bedroom window and throwing him around the house. When the department came to investigate they couldn't find anything bar a messy house but still they lied in their affidavits and took them anyway. I eventually got them back but then my husband took off and i got depressed so i called my mother to take them as i was unable to look after them at the time, but as the children were still on supervision orders the department workers would still come around, they saw that the house was a mess every time they came over, they rang my mother to find out when she was coming over next and that's when they came and took them out of her care even though they weren't in my care they said in their affidavit that they were. They took my 3 day old baby cause i had a car accident while she was in my womb. But now they have taken all my children again their ages are 7, 6, 4, 2, 1 and 5 weeks old. this time they were taken for a game we were playing, my 7 yr old kept playing a dangerous game with his siblings called the killing game and he would play it as if it was real so seeing as though pulling him up on it wasn't working we decided to play it with him and teach him how to play a game like that without actually hurting any one, but he went to school the next day and told the teacher that i tried to kill him but forgot to tell them it was a game so now i have been charged with assault against him and they are believing my 7 yr old son even though myself, my fiance and my other children were present and have told them it was a game. I intend to fight tooth and nail yet again. But i am so sick of trying to justify myself when they have never had any evidence of violence towards my children. we need to get as many people together as possible to fight these people, i have ex workers ready to go on the stand to say how the department are falsifying their documents plus taking money under the table. all of the Affidavits used against me have been falsified but i can't find a good lawyer that is willing to fight them.
